Learning was founded by Shannon Cole in 2008. By leveraging her 15+ years of
experience in the training field as well as her working relationships with other
e-learning professionals (including writers, designers, graphic artists and
programmers), Kick is able to offer creative, flexible e-learning and training
products to its clients.
Kick has expertise in re-purposing your content from manuals, policies,
books, PowerPoint slide presentations and other media that reside in multiple
locations and converting them into compelling e-learning programs that will save
our clients money. Our programs
utilize proven learning methodologies that increase retention, foster behavioral
change and turn learners into doers.

Our e-learning products include dynamic, highly interactive web-based
